International Orders

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

The customer is responsible for assuring that the product can be lawfully imported to the destination country. Orders that are shipped to countries outside of India may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by the recipient; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. The timelines on the product page and order confirmation are an indication of average time required. In case of international shipments there might be delay due to Customs clearance, etc which are not in our control.

International shipping costs are based on a combination of the following:
  • a. Weight and dimensions of package.
  • b. Method of shipment such as Ground, Next Day Air.
  • c. The location you are shipping from (city, state, country).
  • d. The location you are shipping to (also call the destination country).
  • e. Costs can be considerably higher for international destinations.

Returns and Exchanges

What is your Return policy?
We want you to love what you purchase, but if something isn’t right do let us know. In the unlikely event that something you ordered from Chanderiyaan.net is damaged or defective, or if product delivered is different from what you had expected in size or style, you may return the product. Please ensure the product is unused and in the same condition as you received it with original invoice, and preferably in its original packaging. Please return the product within 7 days from the date on which your order was delivered and courier it to the following addresses:

Please note we do not accept returns for international orders. Also we do not accept returns for made-to-order items, unless it is a quality defect. Furthermore, all returns are subject to quality check at our end. Once the return is confirmed, you will be offered an exchange or refund as per the eligibility of your order. In the case of a refund, the amount will be credited to your account within 7 business days.
Am I eligible for a refund?
A refund is offered only on merchandise sold at maximum retail price, without any discount. In special cases, a refund is provided irrespective of the type of purchase when:
  • 1. The order is cancelled prior to dispatch due to unavailability.
  • 2. The product is returned due to a quality defect or damage during transit.
As soon as your order return or cancellation is confirmed, the refund amount is credited to your initial payment account within 7 working days. In the case of Cash on Delivery (COD) order, you are required to provide your account details to process the refund.
Can I return and exchange my order?
Yes, you can avail exchange on all orders brought on www.chanderiyaan.net, once your return is received with us. You can exchange for different product in same merchandise as returned, or an entirely new merchandise of value equal or higher than value of returned merchandise.

Payment & Security

What are the online payment options available on your website?
We accept all Credit/Debit cards and Internet banking service of all major banks. We also accept wallet payments. For special cases, we allow bank deposit (NEFT / cash deposit) of order amount prior to order confirmation. Please contact our Customer Care Team to know more.
Do you provide Cash on Delivery (COD) service?
Yes, we provide Cash on Delivery services at select locations. Please enter your PIN code during checkout page to confirm your area eligibility.
My transaction failed, I received a payment gateway error message Please help.
Sorry for the inconvenience caused; this could be due to a technical glitch, please try again later. In case the problem persists, please contact our Customer Care Team and they will help you complete your order. If amount was deducted before the order was completed, please contact your bank for transaction reversal.
How do I report any suspicious activity during payment?
Please abort the transaction and inform our Customer Care Team immediately. You may also want to contact your bank and reassure safety of your account.
What happens if my credit/debit card has been compromised while making a payment online?
We do not store/retain any of your credit card information. If you suspect that your information has been compromised, please get in touch with your bank immediately.

Order Confirmation

Once your credit card is verified, you will be notified that we have received your order. You will see a thank you screen on your browser and will also receive an email containing details of your order. You must complete an online registration form. During registration, you will be prompted to provide to us certain personal information, including but not limited to your name, shipping and billing address(es), phone number, email address, and credit card number. These kinds of personal information are used for billing purposes, to fulfill your orders, to communicate with you about your order and the Sites, and for internal marketing purposes. If we encounter a problem when processing your order, your personal information may be used to contact you.

If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, www.chanderiyaan.net shall issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the charge as soon as reasonably possible. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return or exchange it as described in www.chanderiyaan.net’s Return and Exchange Policy.

To cancel or to modify an order, please send us an email at support@chanderiyaan.net Please include your order number, the products ordered along with desired quantities, your name, your shipping and billing address, and your phone number (including area code). If you have our order confirmation email handy, all you need to do is forward it to us, since all the information we need will be in the email.

Please note that the order can be cancelled or modified only if it has not already been shipped.

Address Errors

www.chanderiyaan.net will not be responsible for the fee charged by the courier company in case of the following address errors:
  • a. The package is returned as undeliverable because an incorrect or invalid address is entered by the customer.
  • b. A move or sudden change of address results in the refusal or non-delivery of an order.
  • c. An APO, FPO or a P.O. Box address has been provided as the shipping address and the shipping company is unable to deliver to it.
  • d. Incorrect or no contact telephone number is entered by the customer.
